These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your access and use of alphacampus.in and related pages operated by Alpha Softwares (“we”, “us”, or “our”), and to enquiries, demos, and standard SaaS use of Alpha Campus Online ERP (“Service”). By using the website or Service, you agree to these Terms.

Subscribed institutes may also sign a separate order form, proposal, or master service agreement. If there is a conflict, the signed client agreement prevails for that institute.

1. About Alpha Campus

Alpha Campus Online ERP is education management software for schools, pre-schools, colleges, classes, and coaching centres in India. The Service may include web portals, mobile apps, hosting, implementation support, and optional add-on modules as described on our features and pricing pages.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must have authority to bind your institute or organization when requesting a demo or subscription. Authorized users must keep login credentials confidential and are responsible for activity under their accounts. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access or suspected misuse.

3. Website use

You agree not to:

• Use the website unlawfully, fraudulently, or in a way that harms others or our systems
• Attempt unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering, or disruption of the site or Service
• Upload malware, spam, or misleading information through forms or communications
• Copy, reproduce, or republish site content except as permitted by law or with our written consent

We may suspend or block access that violates these Terms or poses a security risk.

4. Demos, enquiries, and communications

Information submitted through contact forms or other channels must be accurate to the best of your knowledge. Demo sessions are for evaluation purposes; features shown may depend on plan, configuration, and institute requirements. Marketing messages may be sent where permitted by law; you may opt out of promotional communication at any time.

5. Subscriptions, fees, and payment

Pricing is published in INR on our website unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees are typically billed monthly or as stated in your quote. Taxes, payment gateway charges, or third-party costs may apply as per applicable law and your agreement.

• Plans may be upgraded or downgraded as per published policy or written confirmation
• Non-payment may result in suspension of Service after reasonable notice
• Refunds, if any, are governed by the specific plan or signed agreement

6. Implementation, support, and availability

We provide onboarding, training, and support during business hours as described on our website and support channels. While we aim for high availability, the Service may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, network issues, or events outside our reasonable control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Institute data and responsibilities

Subscribing institutes are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of data they upload, including student, parent, and staff records. Institutes must obtain necessary consents and comply with applicable education, privacy, and record-keeping laws. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information.

8. Intellectual property

Alpha Campus software, branding, website content, documentation, and related materials are owned by Alpha Softwares or its licensors. We grant subscribing institutes a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during an active subscription for internal institute operations. You may not sublicense, resell, or create derivative products from our software except as expressly allowed.

9. Acceptable use of the Service

Institutes and users must not use the Service to:

• Violate law or third-party rights
• Store or transmit unlawful, abusive, or infringing content
• Overload, probe, or compromise platform security
• Misrepresent identity or institute affiliation

We may investigate and take appropriate action, including suspension, for material breaches.

10. Third-party services

The Service may integrate with payment gateways, SMS/WhatsApp providers, app stores, maps, or other third parties. Those services are subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policies beyond our reasonable control.

11. Disclaimers

The website and Service are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement except where they cannot be excluded. Website content is for general information and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Alpha Softwares shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from use of the website or Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the website or standard SaaS Service shall not exceed the fees paid by the institute for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless a higher limit is set in a signed agreement.

13. Indemnity

Institutes agree to indemnify and hold Alpha Softwares harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising from institute data, misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or breach of applicable law, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

14. Term and termination

Website access may be terminated at any time. ERP subscriptions continue for the agreed billing period unless terminated as per plan terms or written agreement. Upon termination, access may be disabled and data handled per the Privacy Policy and any data-export or retention terms in the client agreement.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Rajkot, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory provisions of applicable law. We encourage you to contact us first at info@alphacampus.in to resolve concerns amicably.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above will change when we do. Material changes may also be communicated to active subscribers where appropriate. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
